If we don't want to do a full retail shop, it can be a book review site with the option to "buy a coffee for the barista", "tip the barista", "pay it forward with a coffee if someone came in without enough money", "donate to a charity".

It could be something like, "though you can't purchase these fantastic books online, because want to see your smiling face in person and feel the thrill of the hunt for a good read... please know we miss you and still want to interact"

This could be hardcoded in the database -- menu, is there an allergy concern, is there food? can we order ahead? can we favorite items etc.
