Heating does not turn back on when doors are closed

When I leave my doors open the heating turns off after 2.5 minutes. However after I close the door and the door state in Versatile thermostat changes back to doors closed the heating does not turn back on.

I'm sure it is working fine because I use this feature every day.
Can you please copy/paste the attributes of the VTherm (Development Tools / State) when the door is open and the VThem is turned off and after closing the door when the VTherm should be turned on ?

There is clearly something wrong.
Just after opening, we clearly see that

1. vtherm is off: hvac_mode: off , windows is open: window_state: on
2. the current preset and temperature have been saved: saved_preset_mode: boost, saved_target_temp: 20.5

But it should have save also the previous havc_mode and we see that: saved_hvac_mode: null

Are you sure the VTherm was ON before you open the window ?

Ooooh I see that: current_temperature: null

Your VTherm doesn't have any room temperature. But you have some date of last temperature event:

You have to look at your temperature sensor, Vtherm configuration of the temperature sensor and check logs. You surely have some errors relative to your temperature sensor. A VTherm cannot work without a current_temperature.
