Normally schemes do not include the output themselves, but this is meant to be provided in separate repos (templates).

Is it intentional to have it here?
Doesn't it duplicate the output? (at least it gets cloned by builders)

Well, at least https://github.com/stepchowfun/base16-circus-scheme also includes the output.
