Automate Data Fetching and Updating Process

The current process of fetching data from the Wikidata Query Service and updating the dataset is manual. This issue involves writing a script to automate this process. The script should be able to run the SPARQL query, fetch the data, and update the dataset files (dataset.csv, dataset.tsv, dataset.json) in the data/ directory.
