Setting policy CMP0177 in newer versions of CMake

I just upgraded to CMake 3.31, and after 3.30 the Jolt CMakelists throws a bunch of CMake warnings:

CMake Warning (dev) at F:/Deps/ExternalDeps/JoltPhysics/Build/CMakeLists.txt:296 (install):
  Policy CMP0177 is not set: install() DESTINATION paths are normalized.  Run
  "cmake --help-policy CMP0177" for policy details.  Use the cmake_policy
  command to set the policy and suppress this warning.

I can silence it with:

cmake_policy(SET CMP0177 NEW)

within in the Build/CMakelists.txt
