双屏时topbar会遮住标题栏 #140

插上hdmi线，屏幕闪一下，topbar就会把标题栏遮住
然后拔掉hdmi线，屏幕闪一下,topbar挂掉，重启topbar，不会遮住标题栏
再插上hdmi线，就重复之前的情况了
