Had to do a bit of translating, but maybe it could just be a bad download? I'm assuming you're using Windows 10, maybe it would be a good idea to temporarily change your system language to English, then use the install instructions below in order to install the Notes app? As I did try looking, but there's no really good way to only change the CMD prompt to English unfortunately, and I don't know how it works in other languages.

That is also a link you can try that goes directly to the MS Store in order to get the app. That's what I used originally, was never a problem for me.

Assuming you already haven't fixed the problem, I hope that this helps. I didn't make this code or anything, but just noticed that you have not received an answer.

I have some problems when I run the files (that I haven't resolved yet). I have Windows 10 and I have already tried the method that is in the link that you sent me.
