Massive log ouptut

When adding back more of the production iids I noticed some crashes in the deployment action](). I currently suspect that there is a ton of logging messages that should be surpressed.

So basically my current theory (based on #196) is that its simply the amount of datasets submitted that cause the failure (still needs to be tested!) but either way these logs are out of control! I downloaded the raw logs and they were over 80MB. Def needs an upstream fix in the client!
