Provide a completed and working copy of the codebase used as the example

Note that the instructions break down (as early as chapter 4) and, while the instructions and handouts are useful, it is also preferable to have a good working copy of the example codebase available for reference.

(One way to do so is to provide it here or as a separate repository with commits that align to the end of each chapter)
