ResMiCo on scaffolds?

Congrats for the tool and paper - I'm wondering if this would be applicable to scaffolds too?
Didn't catch any information on that possibility in the repo so far.

We haven't trained/tested ResMiCo on scaffolds. It would be quite easy to simulate some ground-truth data (e.g., just insert N's into the test dataset on our public ftp server, or simulate some new data with ResMiCo-SM). Hopefully, we can test that soon, but feel free to test it yourself, if you'd like to know really soon.
