Net and Cap files

In the Input/Output section it is mentioned that:
For each circuit, we also provide a set of simplified input files, which include a routing resource file (with a .cap extension) and a net information file (with a .net extension).

However, I couldn't locate such files. I was wondering if these files will be provided at a later time?
