Coding style, that sort of thing... how picky should one be?

I've noticed that Tom used a somewhat unusual indent of 3 spaces per indentation level. This isn't entirely consistent throughout the current codebase, and I suspect that different constributions brought their own (classically, either BSD-ish 4 spaces or GNU-ish 2 spaces).

How much does the @libtom team care?
