How to send/receive "status-request" command like power status?

Hello,

because there is only an "out" node without any result, I could not request the status of the AVR (power/mute and so on).
I want to know/react if someone put it on/off or change anything else with the remote control.
Or changes the power (on/off Status).

Is there an change to get this infortmation with yout node or will be an additional node necessary ?
