[UI] Accessibility Improvement of the website

Current Behavior

Currently, the website accessibility score is 77. By improving the colour contrast ratio and styling, we can achieve a 100 score.

Desired Behavior

We need to be highly accessible for a better user experience.

Implementation

Using the LightHouse report, the failing elements will be enhanced.
