Facing Glitches while selecting the field for the first time

Hi Team,

The first click its listing all the available values for the cascading Field and after few seconds it is shortlisting. When we access the project and try to create the work Item, the cascading field is listing all, after a min or so it gets filter. Some glitches in the filter getting applied. could you check if this can be fixed?
