Currently circuit tries to pass 2-qubit array into the operation that takes and array argument. Some operations aren't expecting 2-qubit arrays, or 2-qubit arrays aren't representative of a typical argument. I want to allow different array sizes. Try rendering circuit with 2-qubit arrays (BTW, it may fail). Then add input box for the array size next to the rendered circuit, about the same place as the zoom selector is. If user inputs different number of qubits - redraw the diagram.
