Unable to create .py file when created the Extension host terminates unexpectedly #236996

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

VS Code Version:
OS Version: 24H2

Steps to Reproduce:

When create the file with extension .py
then the Extension host terminates
unable to solve the issue
Extension host terminated unexpectedly 3 times within the last 5
minutes.
