What type of update are you requesting?

A new version of an existing package

Please describe the changes you would like to see

A new version is published by Microsoft using the same URL than before. Now the hash doesn't match anymore with the current manifest and need to be updated.

I was referring to the install itself. The manifest currently specifies an installer switch as ACCEPT_EULA=1 which constitutes accepting an agreement on behalf of the user. This behavior is against policy and needs the Agreements field to be used, which currently is not available in the community repository.
