v2.4.11 is not installable

I have no problems installing 2.4.10, but there is not distribution available with 2.4.11, which is breaking the pymilvus library's installation process, which requires >2.4.0. This shows up when using Poetry and the python:3.12-slim Docker image.

Hi @ericmeadows, the packages are uploaded except for Arm. (I guess you are using Arm environment?) Sorry about the inconvenience. We are testing the Arm and it will be released in a day or so!

The linux arm version of MilvusLite has been released. The subsequent MilvusLite release will upload all packages at once to prevent similar problems
