      Rule type tests are tests that are run against the rule types.
      
      In order to implement a rule type test, you must create a test suite file
      that lives alongside the rule type file. The test suite file must have the
      same name as the rule type file, but with a `.test.yaml` extension. For example, if
      the rule type is called `my_rule_type.yaml` then the test suite file must be called
      `my_rule_type.test.yaml`.
      
      Note you must also provide a test data directory that contains the test data files.
      The test data directory must be named as the rule type file, but with a `.testdata`
      suffix. For example, if the rule type is called `my_rule_type.yaml` then the test data
      directory must be called `my_rule_type.testdata`.
