New 88x2bu driver v5.13.1-20-gbd7c7eb9d.20210702

I have obtained new source with version and date as shown in the title. I have compared the source here vs. the new source and the changes are many. I was recently able to bring new versions of the drivers for the 8812au and 8811au chipsets online as can be seen as follows:

Those two new drivers are the best Realtek out-of-kernel drivers I have ever seen. My expectation is that the new 88x2bu driver will be the best 88x2bu driver we have seen. That is not to say that I recommend Linux users spend money buying Realtek usb adapters because I don't for the following reasons:

Realtek out-of-kernel drivers are based on the wrong technology. Realtek should be producing mac80211 drivers per Linux Wireless guidance.
Realtek should be upstreaming mac80211 technology drivers to include and maintain them in the Linux kernel. This is how it should be done. Out-of-kernel drivers are problematic.
I recommend Linux users buy adapters that use in-kernel drivers:

However, with that said, there are a lot of us that have and use 8812bu chipset based adapters and hopefully we can keep them in service.

What I need from you while I prep the new code in the background: If you are interested in testing this new code before public release, please reply to this message so that your name is logged in and I can notify you when you can do a download for testing.

Once testing starts, please post reports regarding the new release in the new release repo in an Issue that I will start. I am looking forward to this new driver and I hope you are as well.
