Can I add an item in explorer++?

Hi. Finally, I found this great app. The problem I don't use the default windows explorer a lot.
I found that I can change the menu in explorer++, I can remove items and change the appearance. But I didn't find the way to add my commands to the menu of explorer++ or double commander.
Please, let me know whether it is possible to add an item to the menu with Shell in the mentioned programs, for example to open cygwin or another terminal in place. Thank you very much.

I found that I can create a submenu with an item, but not the item by itself in Explorer++
Still don't know how to filter it for file types and get something from file like @sel.path or @sel.dir, but anyway.

menu(type="*" mode="multiple" title="abcde" image=icon.more_options)

	item(title='Hello, Me!' cmd=msg('Hello @user.name'))
        ...
}

A single item shows up only in the "Back" of the folder space menu:
