A localhost address is saved on the homepage if user chooses to save a weblink while in reading mote #23940

Steps to reproduce

Open a website in the browser.
Switch to Reader Mode.
Tap the Share button in the menu.
Select the Add to Home Screen option.

Expected behavior

The website link is added to the iOS home screen. The URL is not a localhost address.

Actual behavior

The website link is added to the iOS home screen.

The URL is a localhost address.

Device & build information

Device: iPhone 16 Pro (18.2)
Build version: 9000 (49270)
