Given the nature of rtcmulticonnection it is not a standalone feature.

You could expand and change the signaling to achieve this but it is not a simple or quick task to perform.

I'll guide you, you have to send the stream to the signaling service and then subsequently send it with ffmpeg or similar to the destination server.
