Note: I'm just using the method to apply the filters to the image with my own application.
I'm using it on Swift 4 - Xcode 10.
I've just created a Bridge, and imported the Opencv.framework, and add the files to the project: MMOpenCVHelper.h and MMOpenCVHelper.mm
After that you can use the Objective-C class in swift with no problem!
