routeros container 出现 /start.sh: line 2: ./dashboard-linux-arm64: permission denied

复现步骤

是路由器上面运行的docker，启动就出现这个权限问题

用的docker的配置

我确认这是一个 nezha (哪吒面板) 的问题。
我已经搜索了 Issues，并确认该问题之前没有被反馈过。
