Moving Vue support to a separate branch (for now)

As of 0.1.3 (the latest release), I'm moving support for Vue over to a separate branch (vue-support) for the time being.

I'm focusing my personal development efforts on Svelte at the moment and am super excited about the direction that framework is headed. Still love Vue of course, but my attention isn't on that at the moment, so it doesn't make sense to fully support both at the moment.

If anyone is interested in working on Vue support (and in particular Vue 3 support), ping me!
