Because OfficeLife gives so much insights about an employee, it would be great that managers and the employee him/herself can see a summary of the year (or any time period) so she can know what she's done, how she's performed and so on.
There would be a button on the Employee profile page, that only her manager and she can see. When clicking on the button, we end up in a new view showing, for a given time period (default, last 365 days):
number of holidays taken/number of holidays left
number of projects worked on, and number of tasks
number of one on ones
how well her manager is appreciated by her other colleagues
team morale of each team the employee is part of
accomplishments
number of time worked from home
if she's a manager, is she appreciated by her direct reports
current hardware
number of hours worked in average per week (based on timesheets)
current rate (if the employee is external)
