Because OfficeLife gives so much insights about an employee, it would be great that managers and the employee him/herself can see a summary of the year (or any time period) so she can know what she's done, how she's performed and so on.

There would be a button on the Employee profile page, that only her manager and she can see. When clicking on the button, we end up in a new view showing, for a given time period (default, last 365 days):

  • number of holidays taken/number of holidays left
  • number of projects worked on, and number of tasks
  • number of one on ones
  • how well her manager is appreciated by her other colleagues
  • team morale of each team the employee is part of
  • accomplishments
  • number of time worked from home
  • if she's a manager, is she appreciated by her direct reports
  • current hardware
  • number of hours worked in average per week (based on timesheets)
  • current rate (if the employee is external)
