Automatically save high level model info for every chat reply when saving a chat log. #6630

Description

When saving a chat, it would be nice to

save which model was active for every model reply in a chat.
tag the chat itself with the model that was active for the first reply (since one typically usually a single model for the whole chat)

I guess more generally, it would also also allow tagging each chat reply with (active) parameter and model settings too.

Additional Context

Right now I have to manually tag the name of my chat with the specific model I used.
