Bug: All repos under organization not displayed, menu has cursor pointer even when no options are present #4198

Describe the bug

Searching for repos under an organization, doesn't show all the public repos present.
While the menu has this fixed length with a cursor pointer, giving the user an illusion that options might not have rendered.

Below is the video showcasing the buggy cursor pointer behavior, it also closes the menu when I click anywhere in the blank part of the menu having no options as such to click on.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to your workspace
  2. Click Add Repositories
  3. Search for repositories
  4. Enter OWASP-BLT
  5. See the suggestions
  6. Compare against all the public repos listed under https://github.com/OWASP-BLT
