Use Reviewpad to help manage issues and pull requests

Hi everyone,

I'm one of the co-founders of Reviewpad (https://reviewpad.com/). We are building automations for pull requests and issues through a GitHub app: https://github.com/marketplace/reviewpad

We would love to see if Reviewpad could be useful to help triage and manage some of the issues and large number of pull requests in this repository.

Also, Reviewpad integrates with OpenAI through our Robin service. You can use Reviewpad to summarize pull requests. As an example, reviewpad/reviewpad#767 (comment)

I've granted early access to the openai org in case someone is interested in using this feature.
