Adapt the journal citation report for Datacite users #35

The journal citation report relies on Crossref data and therefore does not work for Datacite users. Datacite has an endpoint for fetching citations (Event Data) explained here: https://support.datacite.org/docs/consuming-citations-and-references

There are different relationTypes:

citations (IsCitedBy/IsReferencedBy/IsSupplementTo)
references (Cites/References/IsSupplementedBy)
