Via search doesn't work if the origin and the destination are the same

Expected behavior

The journey planner should return journeys which visit the places I want to visit when I specify the same origin and destination, but with some stations elsewhere as via points.

Observed behavior

The journey planner returns no results and say origin is within a trivial distance of the destination.

Make a journey plan with the same origin and destination, and some via stations far away from the origin / destination.
