Manual data-input UI for hand-gathered data

This has come up a couple of times when talking w/ users, and I just wanted to write it down somewhere. For instance, when you're logging something like shootings in a city, it's a slow process, and you might be adding just one row at a time. Seems like we you should be able to do that w/o uploading a one-row spreadsheet.
