Sync runs Old Outlook with New Outlook enabled

I've switched to the New Outlook (1.2024.1204.300) but the sync still loads Old Outlook in the taskbar and background.

How do I prevent the Old Outlook to run at all while syncs run, so it only uses New Outlook?
