Spoke is used in many different ways by many different organizations. Before submitting a feature request please think about whether it addresses a use case specific to your organization or whether it will provide value across many different use cases.

If you're unsure, drop us a line at [email protected] and we would be more than happy to talk through it with you!

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is not obvious how long the 10DLC registration process takes without looking at documentation. On the Adopting 10DLC documentation page, the estimated time is a single sentence in the middle of the page.

Describe the solution you'd like
The Spoke callout recommending 10DLC registration should contain a) an estimated time to complete the registration form and b) an estimated turnaround time for registration (3-5 days that cannot be expedited due to an external vetting process, according to the documentation). The registration form should also contain this information.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Making the documentation more obvious. I think this should also happen but is not related to the Spoke software.

"After completing this form it usually takes an additional 3-5 business days for the vetting provider to complete the process. If the application is not accepted the turnaround time will increase as we will need to follow up with additional information and resubmit."
Feel free to improve!
