Resuming in modes with countdown should fade in music during countdown

Pretty self explanatory, during the resume countdown, have the music fade in to make it less abrupt and to not lose timing

I like this idea, although from a game balance perspective it will make pausing easier. Which is not something I'm sure we want to do.
