On basically all my Linux installs, osu! Lazer suffers from low performance in the form of low FPS and microstuttering, which causes the game to feel laggy despite running at a high framerate (floats around 500-800 FPS). I am using novideo proprietary drivers and have installed lib32-nvidia-utils. osu! Stable running on Wine feels considerably better. Probably some misconfiguration in my home directory. Fixed by switching to Artix Linux and resetting dotfiles/folders. Also mandatory fuck systemd. |
