Peter Corke 基于Matlab 开发了robot Toolbox（http://www.petercorke.com/Robotics_Toolbox.html）
与之对应的Python版 robotics-toolbox-python （https://code.google.com/p/robotics-toolbox-python/）

你给的那个链接是 Google Code，已经失效了。
俺找到该项目在 GitHub 上的链接（如下）

但是已经超过 4年没有更新了 :(
