[Fall2024] After clicking ‘Add Test’, many test cases are added

Describe the bug

I want to test the groups cluster, so I uploaded the PICS file for it. When I clicked ‘Add Test’ and entered the test case selection page, I found that many test cases were added in the summary column on the right side, as shown in the picture below. It is clear that these are not the test items required for the groups cluster.

Are these test items mandatory for every DUT? However, some of these do not seem to be general test items, such as TC-CC-2.2 and TC-LVL-2.3.
