Hi!

I am trying to run a review on an Enterprise Server at the moment. I have noticed, when I do

:Octo review start/resume

that it throws an error

Do you know why this is a problem or how it might be resolved?

I realized this is coming from neovim's strings.c: https://github.com/neovim/neovim/blob/master/src/nvim/strings.c#L1004

I bumped the value up to INT_MAX (and recompiled) and now I am getting

I faced this issue on PRs with many lines changed. Is there resolution for this ?
