The newest IPA version I could get to try to remedy issues with the older version.
Describe the issue
I was previously using version 18.14.1, and I noticed that when I tried to play a video or a short, I'd get the error "Something went wrong - Retry", error screen. I tried to update to a newer version, 18.21.x I think? That also didn't work. Version 18.29 DOES restore the ability to play videos but once again I cannot sign into YT account because of the untrusted google account sign in error. I tried to update even further and afaik, successfully decrypted the yt ipa and then did the necessary fork instructions to create my own uYouPlus copy being version 19.47.7-3.0.4. I don't know if I'm missing a step. I don't know if there's a newer version, I just can't play any content on YT now. I tried turning off iSponserBlock, the 2x speed playback editing, toggling off certain A/B debugging toggles that people online previously said caused problems but nothing I have tried has fixed anything. Most of the newer versions, but not as new version as I have now, would crash the app when I tried to play any kind of video, but the app longer crashed, just errors out.
Steps to reproduce
Click on any video or short
Immediately get error "Something went wrong - Retry", in the all greyed out error screen.
Crash log
No response
Are you using the latest version of uYouPlus? If not, why?
✅ Yes, I'm using the latest version of uYouPlus
Does the issue happen with the official YouTube app from the App Store?
❌ No, I cannot reproduce this issue in the official YouTube app from the App Store
Additional information
Writing this on my pc since I just got done creating the fork and doing all the recompiling of the IPA. I can post pictures by logging into my mobile account if needed.
