[Request] Disable radiation sound effect

Description

The radiation from being near uranium ore or carrying a uranium item in your inventory is easy to circumvent by simply using shield generators, and with power armour Mk 2, you only need one, but personally I find the radiation sound to be quite annoying, yet I don’t want to turn down or disable any other game sounds.

I would really appreciate an option in the mod settings to disable the radiation sound, leaving the mechanic itself enabled but simply muting the sound.
