Issue with retrocompatibility cli and packages that disables building on Android

Hello, I've been trying to build the CLI for a while now to practice on the Android Studio emulator. The problem is that every time I try, it fails to build. Gradle points out a problem and doesn't necessarily refer to what's actually happening. I ran a test using CLI 0.72.5 on my machine and the build went perfectly.
I'd like to report this bug because I believe it's a backwards compatibility issue with some CLI files (I apologize in advance, but I don't know which ones) that are interfering with the version of the CLI package itself and preventing the build from being performed correctly.
