feature_request(option): change notes folder

1. Summary

I think, that projects folder as notes location is awful idea.

It would be nice, if would be possible to change notes location in options.

2. Argumentation

Projects folder (Projects for me) — it folder only for Sublime Text configuration files.

Extra data in this folder can deliver problems for user:

1. I get additional unexpected results in autocompletes and Sublime Text panels.
2. ZK files bother me, when I want navigate in Project folder.
3. ZK files may create problems for plugins, that work with projects.

Projects configuration files and notes — these are 2 different substances. It is better if they are located in different folders.

Also, I create notes, where I work in any my project. I do not think that linking notes to a specific project is a good idea.

3. Example of expected behavior

In User/sublime_zk.sublime-settings user add:

    "notes_path": "D:\\path\\to\\notes"
}

Please! I second this. For technical reasons due to syncing I cannot have the sublime project folder in the same location as the notes themselves. Being able to set the default directory where new notes are created would solve this for me.

Hi,
When I am in another project and want to jot down a note, that could be relevant or irrelevant to the context of the project I am currently in, zk puts the note in the project I am working in.

I think the ability of saving all notes into the zk notes projects from any other project would be very desirable because I want all my notes to be in one place.
Currently if I want to take a note while I am in another project, I have to switch to notes project, jot down the note, and come back to my work project.
