Why doesn't it work for GPT4?

I just replace all words "Claude" with "GPT4-o", and "anthropic" with "OpenAI". I create a bot with this prompt based on GPT4-o 128k model. However, I don't see any thinking process like " ... " block. The GPT4 behaves like it is not guided with any prompt.
