Is there a way to get the Signal strength in DBZ of a TX? Could this be added to the call json?

I had been interested in this... I have not found a good way to do Signal to Noise... but it looks like a basic Db could be possible:

Let me add this to the queue. I also have to revisit how the error measurements in the P25 Decoder is handled. I am grabbing that now, but I am not sure it is being uploaded to OpenMHz correctly. It would be great to report and graph both metrics.

Rough signal strength is available on conventional systems.... let me see if I can add it to all channels
