Can the toolbox use for EEG/sEEG data ?

As far as I know there is not currently built-in support for EEG in the matlab version of the toolbox. You may want to have a look at the new Python version, which is currently under active development and aims to support multiple data modalities. I also have an experimental EEG/MEG fork which I have used for my own research, but it is tailored for MEG specifically, and I don't currently have any time to support or develop it. You're welcome to take a look for some inspiration for how you might adapt the existing toolbox for your own purposes, though.
