  1. Upload new file A.json and submit it.
  2. Upload file A.json again and submit it. There will be a duplicate entry error. This file will remain in the list and be marked with (duplicate).
  3. Upload file A.json with several new files. There will be an error with duplicate names. But after reFetch, new files will be on the list ready for submit. After submit these files and reFetch they will have endless status IN_PROGRESS.
