We have https://github.com/seamapi/react/blob/main/assets/icons/thermostat-heat.svg and https://github.com/seamapi/react/blob/main/assets/icons/thermostat-heat-large.svg but it's unclear why one icon cannot be used for both sizes.

Yep, we should be able to use the standard 24px one, and scale the svg.
